By registering to participate in the AI Whisperer's Fast Track Challenge, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Week-Long Event: The AI Whisperer's Fast Track Challenge is a week-long event that includes 7 live calls and 7 implementation sessions. It is expected that participants attend all 7 sessions to fully benefit from the program.

2. Refund Policy: If you are unable to participate in the 7 sessions, we regret to inform you that refunds will not be provided for those who registered for the First Class or Business Class Packages. It is important to ensure your availability before signing up for these packages.

3. Business Class Package Access: Participants who signed up for the Business Class Package will have access to 24 hour replays of the sessions. However, please note that access to the recordings will not be provided with this package.
4. First Class Package Access: Participants who registered for the First Class Package will have access to the recordings of the sessions. However, please be aware that these recordings will be delivered within 4 weeks after the event concludes.

5. International Shipping: If you reside outside the United States and have signed up for the First Class Package, we cannot guarantee the delivery of a printed copy of the book. In such cases, an alternative valuable gift will be provided, which will be of equal or greater value than the printed book.

6. Address Submission Deadline: To ensure the timely delivery of the book or alternative gift, it is essential that you submit your address within the specified deadline. Failure to provide your address within the given timeframe may result in the inability to receive the book or gift.
7. Limitations on Book Availability: We do not maintain a stockpile of books, and therefore, we can only accommodate one request per participant. If your address is not submitted by the deadline, we regret that you will not be able to receive the book or gift.
8. Shipping Limitations: We understand that shipping processes can be unpredictable, and in certain cases, delivery may not reach its intended destination. If you have registered for the First Class Package, which includes a book, and you encounter issues where you do not receive the book, we regret to inform you that we are unable to send another book. As we do not maintain an inventory of books, we are unable to fulfill additional shipments. 
However, in such circumstances, please inform us, and we will compensate you with an alternative bonus of equal or superior value to the price of the book. By registering for this event, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree not to hold Ernesto Verdugo, Frank Mulcahy, or Speak International liable for any shipping-related issues that may arise.
9. Consultation and Deposit: During the event, no products or services will be available for sale. However, at the conclusion of the event, an opportunity will be provided to schedule a 1-hour consultation with either Ernesto Verdugo or Frank Mulcahy. To secure your spot for this consultation, a charge of $50 will be applicable. This charge serves as a commitment fee to ensure your attendance for the scheduled call. 
During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss the possibility of continuing to work with us. If, during the call, you determine that there is no suitable opportunity to continue working together, we will refund your $50 deposit. However, if an agreement is reached during the call and you decide to proceed with our services or products, the $50 will be considered a non-refundable deposit towards the agreed-upon arrangement. 
Please note that during the call, you will be reminded that the $50 payment is non-refundable. If you subsequently change your mind after mutually agreeing to continue working together, the $50 deposit will remain non-refundable. However, the deposit can still be applied towards the applicable service or product as agreed upon. 
By participating in the consultation and making the $50 deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, recognizing that the compensation is required for the time and effort spent during the 30-minute or longer consultation.
10. Facebook Group and Code of Conduct: The Facebook group established for the AI Whisperer's Fast Track will remain active until a decision is made to close it. As a participant, you have the option to continue being a member of the group or choose to leave after the event concludes. However, it is important to note that after the event, any comments that may be perceived as passive-aggressive or disrespectful will not be tolerated. 
Ernesto Verdugo, Frank Mulcahy, or Speak Internationally reserves the right to remove you from the group for any behavior or comment that is not in line with the cooperative and positive environment we strive to maintain. Any personal remarks, complaints, or derogatory comments will be considered sufficient grounds for removal from the group. By participating in the AI Whisperer's Fast Track and being a member of the Facebook group, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these guidelines and understand that any violation may result in your removal from the group without further notice.
